100 miles week 1 – 2017

The first week of #100miles in November, 2017 is in the books…er I should say the first Sunday has rolled around and that means it’s time for the first round of prizes!!!

first week 17

I would like to thank everyone who has signed up and continued luck on hitting that 100 mile goal!!!

For the first week we have up for grabs Corridor Running shirts – WAHOO!!

Congratulations to Mindy W and Carol T . I will be contacting you to finalize this.

Corridor Running is my local running club based in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. They promote a healthy lifestyle by offering races, group runs and social events.  The club also donates to various local charities and gives back to the community. The club has supported this challenge for many years as well, so thank you to them!!

In other housekeeping notes, you can still encourage your friends to sign up for the challenge through November 10th. Just enter your name in the furthest right column on this spreadsheet, and answer the follow up questionnaire.

If you requested a headband or key chain I will be getting those out after the 10th. This is also when 10 lucky winners will be gifted a protein cookie too.

Keep in mind, if you keep on task with 45 miles by Nov. 15th, there is a chance to win an Iowa River Power Co / Flannigan’s gift card!

Also if you hit 100 miles there is the chance for Aftershokz Trekz Titanium headphones, a CRANDIC race entry and a medal rack. I also didn’t forget the Bibrave Trucker hats…so get out there and get moving!!

If you have questions – just let me know!
